The Starlink with Peplink Integration service is a flat fee service that covers the whole process — including upfront consulting on Starlink purchasing and plans, guidance on how the Peplink router can fit in as well as which routers models work best, and full remote configuration of the Peplink router to take full advantage of the benefits of cellular connectivity, Starlink connectivity, and Peplinks’ unique SD-WAN/VPN features, combined into a seamless onboard Wi-Fi network.
Assumptions:
- You have new/existing Peplink-branded equipment that is NOT part of Narwhal, or plan to purchase one
- You want to add Starlink service and integrate with Peplink router
- Peplink Router is IN-WARRANTY. Additional fees apply if router is NOT in-warranty.
Statement of Work:
- Performed via Phone Call/Zoom
- Discuss and Define Your Requirements
- Educate You on Starlink and Peplink hardware and plans options
- Help with Starlink and Peplink procurement
- Performed via Remote Support/Configuration
- We Establish remote management connection to existing Peplink router or perform pre-configuration before shipping new router
- We configure router for any basic settings that are needed
- We configure router for Starlink and 5G failover
- We configure router for VPN/Bonding
- Test/Troubleshoot
- Testing/Verification with you via Phone/Zoom
- We make adjustments to configuration based on tesing results
- Not Included:
- Peplink / Starlink Hardware and Service plans
- Onsite Work/Travel
- Installation of hardware
- If Peplink router is out-of-warranty, costs of bringing the router into warranty
