We do not accept returns on software, activations, or on satellite airtime or other intangible or digital products. No refunds will be issued for these items.
For all other goods, we accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase, subject to the following: all returns must be new, unopened, in original packaging, in the exact same condition in which the product was received. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee; no refunds on shipping. Return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, except that Sea-Tech will reimburse shipping for goods determined to be defective. Prior to returning any products, all returns must have a return authorization. There will be no refunds on returns that do not have RMA authorizations.
